Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Your name, email, and optionally your phone number and a note, to run your booking, contact you about the walk and handle weather cancellations (legal basis: performance of a contract).
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and amount, never your full card details.
• Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Lithuanian accounting law requires. Contact details that aren’t needed for accounting are deleted within 12 months after your walk.

Who we share it with

• Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and booking database), and [Telegram, if you use booking notifications]. They process data only to provide their services to us.
• We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe’s payment page sets its own cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
